The HRB Primary Care Clinical Trials network are delighted to be launching the first survey in our exciting priority setting partnership. This project aims to develop a priority list of the top 10 research questions about managing chronic conditions in primary care. You can find more information about the priority setting partnership process and the background to the project on our website.
We would be very grateful if you could share this survey with your members, as we are eager to ensure that it reaches as many primary care health professionals as possible.
If you are:
· Managing one or more chronic health conditions
· Working in primary care as a health professional
· Caring for someone with chronic health needs
You are eligible to take part. We specifically want to know what unanswered questions you have about the role of primary care in managing chronic conditions. We’ve developed an online survey to gather your suggestions, which is fully anonymous and should only take a few minutes to complete.
