Through this one-year postgraduate diploma programme, you will develop a personal innovation framework for leadership. You will accelerate your career and lead delivery of innovation impact right across healthcare in Ireland and abroad. Over the 12-month programme, students will complete eight modules. You will learn from expert guest lecturers, have access to workshops, resources and events to share challenges and experience.

Employer funding

We encourage all applicants to enquire on funding options for the course from your employer (both for those not eligible to apply for HSE scholarships, and as back up – in the event of not securing a scholarship place). We have found that many organisations and hospitals will sponsor a student as the course produces leaders in healthcare innovation, which Irish healthcare organisations are increasingly prioritising.
